Forty Hours Devotion
This devotion to the Blessed Sacrament commemorates the forty hours Jesus was entombed before his resurrection. It is celebrated on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as near as possible to the feast of our patron saint – St. John Baptist de La Salle which is celebrated on April 7. It begins after the 11:00 am Sunday Mass.
The Rosary
The Rosary is prayed Monday through Friday, 20 minutes before each of the daily Masses
Stations of the Cross
Each of the Fridays of Lent at 7:00 PM, a different version of the Stations of the Cross are prayed, followed by Benediction.
Lenten Poor Man’s Meals
Every Friday during the season of Lent, a simple meal is served. The money that you would have spent on a usual meal is then donated and those donations are given to our local Food Bank in Mohnton. The meals are served in the La Salle School Cafeteria at 5:30 PM.
